【When Purchasing Tickets】
・Children under the age of 4 are not permitted to enter. A ticket is required for all guests aged 4 and older.
・No refunds will be issued after purchase, nor will requests for seat changes or other complaints be accepted after entry, regardless of the reason (including illness).
・Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the performance is cancelled.
・Tickets will not be reissued. Please be careful not to lose or forget your ticket.
【Items Prohibited Inside the Venue】
・Bag checks may be conducted at the venue.
・Cameras, audio/video recording equipment, electronic devices, hazardous materials, and alcohol are prohibited inside the venue.
・Please store large bags in coin lockers beforehand and keep hand luggage as compact as possible.
・If prohibited items are found, please follow the instructions of the staff.
【No Resale or Transfer】
・The resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited, including via social media or auction sites.
・If a violation is discovered, entry will be denied and no refund will be issued.
【No Photography, Recording, or Filming】
・Photography, audio/video recording, and live streaming during the performance are strictly prohibited.
・If discovered, data will be deleted and the guest will be removed from the venue. No refund will be issued.
・Please set all smartphones and electronic devices to silent mode and store them in your bag.
【During the Performance & Other Notes】
・Identity verification of the ticket purchaser may be conducted upon entry. Please bring a photo ID, and if you are a fan club member, your membership card as well.
・We are unable to respond to inquiries or complaints regarding seats or ticket numbers.
・Program content, performers, and schedule are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
・Waiting outside the venue for artists (before or after the event) is prohibited.
・Children of preschool age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・Disruptive or dangerous behavior is prohibited. Please follow all staff instructions.
・Re-entry is not permitted.
