●친구와 함께 동영상을 촬영해도 괜찮지만, 1분만 응모해주시기 바랍니다.
●W회원의 고객은 THE B JAPAN 혹은 THE B JAPAN MOBILE 중 하나를 골라서 응모해 주세요.
●동영상은 여러명이서 촬영하셔도 문제되지 않습니다. (더비 친구들과 함께 촬영해주세요♪)

·응모해 주신 동영상은, 「THE BOYZ WORLD TOUR: ZENERATION II 」콘서트나 각종 WEB 서비스나 SNS등의 각종 매체, 각종 제작물등에서, 사전의 통지 없이 사용할 수 있습니다.
·응모해주시는 영상은 오리지널 창작물에 한합니다.
·응모해 주신 동영상에 관한 저작권(저작권법 제27조 및 제28조에 규정하는 권리를 포함한다. 이하 동일)은 응모자에게 귀속하는 것으로 해, 응모자는 해당 동영상에 관한 모든 이용(편집, 개변, 재허락등을 포함한다)을, 주식회사 소니·뮤직 솔루션즈(이하 「당사」)에게 무상으로 허락하는 것으로 합니다.
·응모하신 분은, 동영상이 상기의 이용을 위해서 적절히 개변되는 경우가 있는 것을 미리 승낙해 주시고, 저작자 인격권(작품의 공표·개변이나 성명 표시에 관한 권리)을 행사하지 않는 것으로 합니다.

●Feel free to film the video with a friend, but please make sure you entry once.

If you are a THE B JAPAN FANCLUB MEMBER please submit your video from below.

Before applying for the “THE BOYZ WORLD TOUR: ZENERATION II IN JAPAN” surprise event, please read the entry terms and conditions carefully. Only applicants who agree to these Terms of Entry are eligible to apply for this service.
-The videos submitted may be used in various media such as web services, SNS, and various productions, including the “THE BOYZ WORLD TOUR: ZENERATION II IN JAPAN” concert, without prior notice.
-Submitted videos must be original works.
-The copyright (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act (hereinafter the same)) of the submitted video shall belong to the applicant, and the applicant shall grant all uses (including editing, modification, re-licensing, etc.) of the video to Sony Music Solutions Corporation (hereinafter the “Company”) free of charge.
-The applicant agrees in advance that the video may be appropriately modified for the above uses and does not exercise any moral rights (rights of publication, modification, or display of the name of the work).
-We will not accept any changes to the content of the video once submitted.
-No compensation will be paid to the applicant or anyone involved in the production of the video (including the performers in the video).
-We will not disclose or provide your personal information to any third party other than the entrusted business without your consent (except in cases where disclosure is required by law).
-The information entered will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
